Curiosity

As I was writing The Seduction of Lady Phoebe, the research took me off into some interesting areas. Lady Phoebe loved horses, and though she rode well, her first love was tooling around her high perched phaeton. I’d already had a good idea of what one looked liked, but it was helpful to view a picture.

Here is one with two ladies,
much as Lady Phoebe would drive it.

And another without people.

But Lady Phoebe is a very good driver so she has her horses harnesses “random tandem.” Which means she has three horses harnessed one in front of the other sort of like this picture but with one additional horse.

Now, imagine tooling that through the streets of London and around Hyde Park!
